Lit Create and I have been collaborating on several projects in the past, and they called me to create the tone of voice guide for the business travel platform Comtravo. I was tasked with creating a new tone of voice guide going along with their rebranding. Fresh, cool, but still sophisticated, they needed a way to communicate effectively, yet with a real personality that would pick up the customers and make them feel comfortable. After delivering the new guide, I supervised and revised the new copy.
